Every yard runs an inspection window before its lots close. What you see on inspection day is what you buy — everything sells as-is, where-is.

Bid your maximum, once
Enter the most you will pay. The floor bids the minimum it needs on your behalf and stops at your number. You are not expected to sit and refresh.

Pay and remove
Invoice lands at the hammer. Pay it, bring a truck and take the lot away inside the removal window, or storage starts accruing.

Have a building to empty?
Fleet rotation, a closed restaurant, a bank recovery or an estate. We photograph, catalogue, run the sale and settle in fourteen days. Commission is quoted per consignment against what the lot is actually likely to make.
